YTRiP | Travel Philippines
Youth Trip Philippines (YTRiP) is a volunteer group of people who love the Philippines and think that to know oneself – it’s important to know and value one’s heritage.
We are travellers, teachers, students, historians, writers, artists, photographers, architects, beauty queens, couch potatoes and bums, young professionals, lawyers, medical people, foreigners even, corporate slaves and lovers; we work for and with communities.
We are not out to save the world; we do not claim to be experts. We are just here. Moving. Asking questions. Mobilizing. Discovering. Educating. Being responsive.
We support the Philippines. Our heritage. Our natural riches. Our people. Traditions. Sights and Sites. Languages. Movements. Sensibilities. Crafts. Talents. Our history.
Tourism is not our end goal. It is our avenue. Education is our key. But we are rarely academic. We are not always financially endowed, but we are abundant in hope, in ideas, and in spirit.
This is our passion. This is our response. This is our adventure.
Come with us. Discover HOME.
